Deliveries

 

We are an Australian Manufacturer and deliver our products Australia wide. Delivery costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Standard stock Items will be dispatched within 7 - 10 business days. For the following areas (Western Australia Regional, Northern Territory and Tasmania ) please contact us for a freight quote.

Manufactured Items

Please allow approximately 17-20 working days from date of order or payment. Any Polished or Powder Coating orders can take up to 6 weeks from date of order.  

 

Payment Cash Sales

We accept payment via EFT, Visa, Mastercard and cheques.  Allow three days for clearance of cheques once received by us. 

Payment is required prior to manufacture and dispatch of goods. 

Please note, we do not accept American Express or Diners Club. 

Claims and Returns

• No claims recognised after 14 days.
• Goods not accepted for return without prior approval.
• Freight charges on goods returned to be borne by customer.
• Special items manufactured to customer requirements including Powder Coated items will not be accepted for return.
• Items accepted for return may incur a 30% restocking fee.
